Elcytec will take “Full Responsibility” for your Order if the Order has been shipped to any city, where we used “Private Courier Companies” (e.g. Blue Dart, Fedex, Aramex, DTDC, DHL, etc.) that service your pincode to ship your order.
Note: The customer should never accept tampered packages and always record an unboxing video of the received package, as that is required by our courier partner in order to investigate the delivery of damaged, wrong, incomplete, or missing orders.

Order Cancellations:

Delayed Delivery:

Third-party Fraud:
Elcytec will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
Exclusive Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement
