i purchased a note 20 ultra but before ordering I mailed their customer support and got response the next day, I was curious so I asked them about the condition and delivery time of the Product (note 20 ultra)I was interested in and they shared some pictures and other details then I asked if I can get more discount and yes they offered me some extra discount and I decided to place the order as I was getting it at really good price and I was really impressed…by the way i got my order in a week..Amazing deal.😊

I ordered note 20 ultra from this website..and i got it within three days….But after a few days of use, some problems started occurring in its charger. It was not able to charge properly..So I contacted their customer service and their reply came after two days.and elcytec’s team asked me my issue ..Then I told them whatever was happening with my phone charger…And after listening to everything I said, they decided to give me a replacement of charger…..And the very next day they shipped the replacement…And I got my replacement charger in a safe box on the fifth day…..I found their service quite genuine.Overall I would like to give for 4 stars out of 5 stars.
