I bought this Marshall Minor 3 earphones from Elcytec and did not receive it within the mentioned time, so I contacted their customer service on whatsapp ..And received their response after 6 hours, After that I told them my issue. And they replied to me that it is the delivery partner’s fault. Don’t worry, you will receive your order very soon. And after a few days I received my order. The condition of the box was a little bad, but the main product inside was absolutely safe as the packaging was decent. Good experience as earphones are working fine since 10 days.
