What is Partial COD payment option?
What is Partial COD and why there is no option for full cash on delivery?
“Partial COD” is a type of advance payment that varies from product to product, We charge this amount in order to avoid rejections at the time of delivery and to minimize false orders, this amount goes towards packaging and shipping of the ordered item.
We don’t operate on huge margins and we always try to provide the best deals to our customers. So, in order to keep our business running, we need to keep the rejections as low as possible, and when an order gets rejected it may take up to 6 weeks for it to get back to us, and sometimes it gets lost during RTO transit.
This fee also ascertains the buyer’s interest in the ordered product and also allows us to use the best available shipping options.
Partial COD charges are non-refundable. In case the customer rejects the order at the time of delivery or it fails due to reasons like: wrong address/phone number and unavailability of recipient at the premises. The customer can then opt for re-attempt of the shipment delivery by paying the courier charges once the rejected shipment has reached our warehouse.

Yes, we only deal in 100% authentic products which can be verified by any of the respective authorized service centers or retailers.
Before listing a product on elcytec.com we carefully go through a multi-step test process to verify the authenticity and functionality of each product. We procure products from our trusted and verified suppliers only, who have been in this business for more than 10 years.

Since launching in 2021, our journey has been filled with valuable learning experiences. In the early days, we received a much stronger response than we had anticipated. Due to supply constraints and limited operational capacity at the time, we were unfortunately unable to fulfill some orders and had to process cancellations and refunds. Are the prices negotiable?
We keep our margins thin and always try to offer our customers quality products at best prices so, it is very difficult for us to offer more discounts.
Currently we are offering 5% off on full online payment (on most of the products) and on top of that we offer our customers an option to avail additional 4% discount if they choose to pay us directly (without payment gateways) via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order status by visiting the my account page, you’ll have to enter your Email ID used to place the respective order.
Note: You’ll also receive the tracking information on your registered email address and phone number.
How do I replace/return my order?
All products listed on elcytec.com are eligible for a free replacement or authorised repair within the mentioned warranty period, if you receive a product with any functionality issue.
